As part of these requirements, we are required to complete applicable AML/KYC screening and customer due diligence procedures before providing relevant services.

Accordingly, before we proceed with the establishment of your proposed structure, we are required to complete our applicable AML/KYC screening and verification procedures.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you and any other relevant persons may be required to provide information, identification documents and other supporting documentation for AML/KYC purposes;

• we may conduct AML/KYC, sanctions, PEP and other applicable screening checks;

• the establishment of your proposed structure will only proceed once the required screening and verification procedures have been completed and any identified issues have been satisfactorily resolved; and

• additional information or documentation may be requested where required as part of our compliance procedures.
